To Ontario and Beyond!
Two weeks ago (April 20-23) I went to visit my friend Deb in St. Catharines! She moved from Winnipeg last October and I have missed her greatly! It was great to fly down and visit for a weekend, go shopping, take walks and enjoy the beautiful spring sunshine. It actually felt like summer when I was there!
We took a day trip to Buffalo, NY. It wasn't quite as exciting for her as it was for me- to me New York seems like such a distant place. The fact that I could get there in 30 minutes from her house seemed too cool to be true. And it's only 10 hours to NYC!! I think I would go all the time if I lived there (well, probably not, but it's fun to dream!). Below is the closest thing I have to a belly picture so far (31 weeks)!!
The day we went to Buffalo, we saw all this ice floating down the river and we thought it would be so cool to see ice falling over Niagara falls. But alas, when we arrived there on Sunday there was no ice to be seen. But the falls are breathtaking as always. God's creating always amazes me.
Below is a picture of Deb's twin boys- turning 2 in just a couple of weeks! Aren't they cuties??
